Mae's Grace · Private-Pay Home Care · Phoenix, AZ

The care you'd give them yourself, when you can't be there.

Where dignity isn't a promise. It's the standard. · Independent care. Connected support.

Jen, thank you for trusting us with your dad's story this morning. What you've carried over these fourteen years, for your mom, and now for him, is remarkable. This document is for you to keep, and to share with him when the moment feels right.

Your Dad Needs

  • A male companion: someone to watch football with, have a real conversation, show up consistently
  • Evening presence, a couple of nights a week: the hours that are hardest for him
  • Light help around the house: dishes, a little tidying, not because he can't, but because mom used to
  • A genuine friendship, not a service: someone he looks forward to seeing

You Need

  • Permission to take a weekend away without guilt
  • To check in as his daughter, not always as his caregiver
  • Someone who communicates back to you, so you're never in the dark

Already thinking about the right match.

We have two male caregivers in mind for your dad: both local, both the kind of men who show up, read the room, and build real relationships rather than just clock hours.

Before anyone sets foot in his home, our home assessment coordinator Irene will come out, meet your dad, meet you, and make sure the person we match him with is someone he actually wants to spend time with.

We won't send anyone until that's true.

Simple and transparent.

Our rate is $29–$33 per hour, depending on the caregiver and arrangement. Two ways to think about it:

Option A

One evening per week

3–4 hours

Roughly $90–$130 per visit

Option B

Two evenings per week

2–3 hours each

Roughly $60–$100 per visit

Option B gives you more coverage and more flexibility, including the ability to take a weekend away without it feeling like you're leaving a gap.

Independent care. Connected support.

Most home care companies operate alone. Mae's Grace is part of the Arizona Integrated Health Solutions network, which means when your dad needs more than companionship, we don't leave you to figure it out yourself.

Through our network, you have direct access to:

Primary Care
🫁 Pulmonologist
🚶 Physical Therapy
🏥 Home Health
🔗 Care Coordination

For a family that's been navigating this alone for fourteen years, that's not a feature. That's relief.

A personal note from Eric

This is not a transaction. It is a relationship, and we treat it that way.

I started Mae's Grace because I know what it means to care for someone you love while carrying the weight of distance, responsibility, and trust. That experience shapes how we match every caregiver: carefully, personally, and only when it feels right.
